Dr. Paul White - Senior Pastor

Paul, his wife, Rachel, and their four children live in Jacksonville where he has led Celebration Baptist Church since January of 2008. The Whites are originally from Texas but call Florida "home".

Paul’s ministry calling is expressed in pastoral leadership. He is passionate about sharing the gospel with a lost world and committed to do so both locally and globally.

As Senior Pastor of Celebration Baptist Church, Paul is responsible for the vision and direction of the church. This involves shepherding the people, ministering the Word of God, providing operational oversight, and leading the church to strengthen existing ministries and envision new ones. All of this effort is focused on the goal of leading the people of this church to worship and honor the Lord.

Paul has Masters and Doctoral degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Jim Walker - Life Development Pastor

Jim coordinates the work of the ministerial staff ensuring they're aligned with our vision and purpose and directs all adult ministry efforts. His goal at Celebration is to provide an environment where people of all ages can encounter Christ and move into a stronger relationship with Him.

Jim has been in ministry in the Florida churches for over thirty years and is frequently used by the Florida Baptist Convention as a consultant in leadership and church growth.  He has also been recognized nationally for his work in effective team processes. Jim is married to Kathy, the Preschool Ministry Director, has two adult children and five grandsons. Josh Robinson - Student Pastor


Josh joined our staff as the Student Pastor in January of 2007. His passion is to see lives changed by the power of Jesus Christ. He loves surfing, basketball, golf, baseball, lifting weights, playing bass guitar, and whatever else he can get into.

In ministry, he strives to provide a safe place for students to come and feel the love of Christ.

Judy Crosby

Children's Ministry Director

Judy is responsible for administering all activities for children from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Her goal in her ministry is to provide an exciting and enriching atmosphere where children can bring their family and friends to experience worship.

Judy is married to Bill and has three adult children.

Kathy Walker

Preschool Ministry Director


Kathy is responsible for administering all activities involving children from birth through PreK. Her goal is to provide parents and children alike with the knowledge that Jesus loves them using safe and age-appropriate activities. Her love for history, especially in the Arlington area, keeps her active in community affairs.   Her ministry at The Fellowship, keeping her husband out of trouble, being a Mom to two adult children and Grandmother to five boys fills up her days. Rachel White - Ministry Coordinator for Counseling, Prayer and Women’s Ministry

Rachel is the Ministry Coordinator for Women’s Ministry and Prayer here at The Fellowship @ Celebration Baptist Church and she is married to senior pastor, Dr. Paul White. 

Rachel grew up in Texas, where she accepted Christ in the third grade. Most of her childhood years she was involved in local and foreign missions through the influence of her parents. Rachel is an energetic and passionate bible study leader and has devoted her life to encouraging women to reach for their potential in Christ.

Rachel has a degree in Psychology from Baylor University and currently is working on her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University. She has been leading women’s ministries through teaching, training and discipleship since 1997. She loves to cook, play tennis and lose track of time on the beach!  Email her at   rachel@cbcjax.org.

She and Paul have been married for 17 years and they are the parents of four children.

Financial Discipleship Ministry Coordinator

Bill is the Financial Discipleship Ministry Coordinator at the Fellowship@Celebration Baptist Church. He is responsible for coordinating and leading Financial Discipleship and Education. These responsibilities include planning and organizing Financial education seminars and classes.

He is also available to work with couples and individuals, helping them to develop a personal spending plan utilizing Biblical principles of stewardship. There is no fee for this service and it is totally confidential. Bill’s goal in ministry to disciple members to financial freedom so they are free to serve and worship God without reservation and financial hindrance.

Most recently Bill has worked in the corporate world in the banking industry. He is married to Susan for 33 glorious years, they have 2 grown children.
